What the Lord is doing in my life here in Peru...

Hi...

Once again I must apologize for not updating this blog more often.

Oh my goodness where to begin....

Okay so at the beginning of November I went on a week long mission trip with some students from the Bible College.  We went to a little village called Canete which was badly hit by the recent earthquake.  It was a blessing to go and help the people there.  We tore down adobe walls and shoveled countless piles of dirt.  Even though it was very hard work I enjoyed every minute because we weren't just telling people, "Jesus loves you"  we were showing them!

Also we did an amazing drama several times throughout the week that depicted life and the things that we can get caught up in and how none of those things can or will fulfill us.  Many people accepted the Lord and the Lord granted me the privilage of praying with about 20-30 little kids who asked Jesus into their hearts.

Upon returning here to Lima my English classes started up again and it has been so amazing to see the work that the Lord is doing in each of my students hearts.  They are all memorizing scripture in English and it is so great to see them learning and really understanding English.

Last but not least the Lord has opened the doors for me to move off campus with two dear missionary friends of mine.  We will be living in an apartment that is near to the Bible College but it will be less expensive and nice to have a place of our own.

 Prayer Requests

1.  That the Lord will bless the Bible College students as they only have 2 1/2 weeks left.

2.  That He will bless my English students as they only have 1 1/2 weeks left.

3.  That He will give me wisdom and direction for the coming semester.

4.  That He will give me more opportunities to share the Gospel.

5.  That I will desire to spend more time with Him

Praises

1.  God is faithful all the time

2.  That He has blessed me with a loving church family that prays for me and supports me

3.  That He has raised up another Peruvian English teacher.

4.  That He has given me His contentment in being here.

Thank you so much for your prayers and support...

 Love Grace
